SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.

All International Shipments are sent via Priority Mail for express delivery.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAILS
Each order is treated with care. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that lets you know the tracking number and the items included in your shipment. If you have any questions about a particular package we keep all of the tracking numbers on file and we will be happy to assist you with locating your package at any time.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges if they are in their original condition, including all sales tags, and have been returned within 14 days.
1. As soon as we receive your return we start the refund process. It takes 7-10 business days for a credit to be processed so allow for a billing period for it to show up on your credit card statement. Shipping is non-refundable.
2. If the item you request for an exchange is in stock we offer two exchange methods. If you need the particular item immediately we will charge your card and ship it out at your request and refund your card as soon as we receive the returned item. The second exchange method is a straight exchange. As soon as we receive the returned item we will send your item out immediately and no shipping charges for exchanges.
3. For all the customers who didn't receive their orders a full refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for your account to be credited.

SALES TAX
All of our retail customers are subject to taxes on purchases.

ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAILS
As soon as your order is placed you will receive an "Order Confirmation E-mail" that is headed with your order number. Please would you kindly print this as your order receipt. This e-mail also includes all of your order information for you to confirm.

CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
Once an order is placed you have the option of canceling or modifying an order. Cancellation or modification of an order will not be accepted if the order has already been shipped. We urge our customers to contact us by phone at 001 718 676 5873 or by e-mail at phillisrob@optonline.net.
